The CP.3 series features full frame lenses with a real cine look and a consistent T-stop.
Compact and lightweight, these lenses have a modern optical design with a smooth and temperature stable focusing mechanism. All the series has a Zeiss look that matches other cine lenses and a front diameter of 95mm.
The eXtended Data system on the PL lenses provides frame accurate lens data like distorsion and shading characteristics and it offers a simplified and streamlined production. Based on /i technology, the CP3. XD are compatible with all cameras and equipment supporting Cooke /i system.
Important: it is not possible to upgrade a CP.3 lens to a CP.3 XD lens.
